Return and exchange requests are accepted within 7 days past the day you received your order.
All return items must be authorized by VintagDress Shop with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) # and must be returned in the state that the merchandise was received with tags attached.
Please allow 4 days for us to send you your RMA#. You will have another 7 days from the return authorization date to send the item back. Once we receive your item(s), we will send out your exchange item, issue you store credit, or refund your credit card. Please allow for 2 weeks for processing and check your credit card statement for the credit.
You are responsible for the shipping cost of returning an item. Returned items received past the due date and unauthorized returns that are unintentionally accepted by the VintagDress Shop will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Returned items that have been altered from its original state (no tags) or unclean may be subject to a 25% fee. Damaged items are subject to a 50% fee.

Once we receive your Return, we will ship you your exchange item(s) for free! (excludes international orders) Exchanges
Store Credit
If you choose to receive your refund in store credit, we will give you an extra 10%! That’s free merchandise!
Gift Return Policy:
Purchases with a Gift Receipt Request are returnable for exchange or store credit only. You must check the box that says “Please include a Gift Receipt with my order” on the shopping cart page at checkout for the Gift Return Policy to apply. All orders without a gift receipt will fall under the standard return policy. Please submit a Return Authorization Request.
To Make a Return/Exchange:
1. Email us within 7 days from the day you received your order, including the order number and the return reason.
2. Upon approval, you will receive an RMA # via E-mail within 4 days from the day you submit your request.
3. Your return/exchange will be processed within 2 weeks from receipt.
4. Once you receive your RMA#, please mail your item back to us within 7 days from the day you receive the RMA# to the address we provide to you.
Note: Post Office does not accept UPS/FED EX packages.
